On Thursday 5th March 2020, the National Authorising Office (NAO), conducted a joint field mission visit with colleagues from EU delegation, NRA, ECOWAS, SLRA, CSE and consultant Inros Lackner, to assess the impact of the new Bandajuma – Liberia road on border post and customs facilities in Gendema. The trip was also an opportunity to discuss future plans for a modern and more appropriate border post with attendant facilities to be supported by ECOWAS.
