Parliament Open Day from Monday 9th December -Wednesday 11th December 2019

The Sierra Leone Parliament is currently organizing a 3 days open day event which started on Monday 9th December 2019 and will end on Wednesday 11th December 2019. The aim of this event is to bring citizens closer to Parliament so they can see more citizens’ engagement in the legislative process of Parliament.

All the Departments supporting the work of MPs have booths to showcase their work. During this event, the Speaker and Clerk of Parliament will present their annual open reports to the people of Sierra Leone.

The EU exhibition booth showased EU Supported programmes including the Support to the Governance Sector in Sierra Leone, Boosting Agriculture and Food Security in Sierra Leone and Support to the Education Sector in Sierra Leone
The booths are also open to members of the public
