The National Authorising Office Welcomes new Head of EU Cooperation to Sierra Leone

The National Authorising Officer of the 11th European Development Fund in Sierra Leone and also doubles as the Minister of Planning and Economic Development (MoPED) Dr. Francis Kai Kai, and the Director of the National Authorising Office (NAO) Ambrose James, have welcomed the newly appointed European Union Head of Cooperation to Sierra Leone, Gerald Hatler in the esteem presence of the Head of the EU Delegation in Sierra Leone, Tom Vens at the NAO Office in Freetown where among other issues future programming post 2020 was also discussed
